The Saros Group (founded January, 2000) is an Australian founded and based company specialising in niche consulting services for asset-intensive industries.
Our consultants work for companies ranging from small niche to top tier organisations both locally and internationally. Their industry knowledge and consulting expertise bring value to each consulting assignment, allowing clients to focus on their core business. The Saros Group has a proven history of providing high quality, value for money niche consulting to its clients in the core areas of Petroleum Exploration, Business/IT and Environmental services.
Our three core areas - Petroleum E & P, Environmental monitoring and compliance, and Business/Technology consulting, whilst quite diverse, actually serve well to compliment each other. AS the diagram below shows, there is significant cross-over between the core areas in potential clients, skill and resource requirements and infrastructure requirements. These areas of cross-over help to streamline the business making the provision of each of the services streams as efficient and economical for the client as possible.
The strong organic growth of the business has resulted from building a core of experienced in-house consultants that are supported by a network of close strategic alliances and partners, allowing the company to scale up or down to suit project and client requirements.
A base of co-located strategic alliance companies have been formed in our premises in Milton, Brisbane, which support and compliment the core services provided by Saros. The following companies are a co-located with The Saros Group:
MBA Petroleum Consultants, Reservoir Solutions, Geosynthesis and Pre-Drill Stress International.
The experience and capabilities of Saros together with these co-located companies has been compared to that of a small sized oil exploration and production company, and is an achievement that we are proud of.
